July 4, 2006 - Another Update!

I put a little more on the website today (Happy Birthday America!)  Friends of Traveler Bill, the links page, Edi-Bills, my page for restaurant reviews and a new restaurant review.  Check out the Bill-og for more frequent updates going forward.

July 2, 2006 - Where's the Brimstone?  A Second Update?

I know it may come as a surprise, but regular updates are long overdue.  Now that the Travel Log proposals have been submitted, received, reviewed and a preliminary winner has been chosen.

While Montreal, QC presented a fine proposal, Traveler Bill is not keen on Francofilling up The Travel Log Division with French speaking cities.  Madison, WI's presentation was impressive as well, though devoting an entire day to observing cheese age probably wasn't the best idea to cap the trip.  No instead, Traveler Bill decided that a city right here in America, the good ole US of A, will receive a once-over this coming weekend to determine if .300 baseball and well regarded BBQ is enough to sustain an actual Travel Log documentary.

To this end, an anonymous member of Traveler Bill Industries will be dispatched to (according to Wikipedia) Kansas City, Missouri, The (take your pick "City of Fountains", "K.C.", "Valentine City", "Cowtown", "Heart of America", "KCMO".

To keep the general public, ravenous for updates, at bay.  The operative has been issued authorization to post remotely to the Traveler Bill-og.

Which dovetails nicely to last weeks  contest.  The winners were announced using this new venue.  In an attempt to streamline the process, the regular updates will now appear in the Traveler Bill-og.  The main page Traveler-Bill.com, also known affectionately as Traveler Bill Towers, will be occasionally revised to allow easy navigation as the site is rebuilt.

As an example, people who navigate to The Travel Log Division will notice that we have started adding back the old travel logs.

Until next time...enjoy!
